3. Order processing
Orders made before 12:30 on a business day ship that same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with your order number immediately after ordering.
Consignments are packed using biodegradable, plastic-free materials, including unbleached recycled cardboard boxes, water-activated kraft paper tape, and protective shredded recycled paper filler to safeguard fragile homewares against transit impact.
4. Tracking your parcel
A unique dispatch tracking number is automatically dispatched via email and SMS as soon as the parcel enters the domestic courier sorting network, allowing real-time transit updates.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We'll start a trace with the courier and either resend the order or refund it in full, your choice, within 10 business days of your claim.
6. Damaged on arrival
Inspect your parcel upon arrival. If transit damage has occurred, take clear photographs of the damaged items and exterior carton, retain all original packaging, and notify customer care at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
7. Payment methods
We take Cash on delivery. We never request card or online-banking details via email or phone.
8. Delivery outside United Kingdom
We deliver to a specific list of countries. Exact shipping rates and delivery estimates appear during checkout prior to payment. The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees upon arrival.
