How do I pay for my order?
We accept cash on delivery when your parcel arrives, as well as upfront payment by direct bank transfer. Details for bank transfer are displayed clearly during checkout.
When is my order dispatched?
Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 12:30 on business days are prepared, inspected, and handed to the courier on the very same day. Orders placed after 12:30 dispatch on the next working day.
What is your return policy if an item is unsuitable?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day of delivery. Goods must be completely unused, clean, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
How do your natural wooden brushes handle daily washing up?
Solid beechwood and tampico fibres are naturally robust. To ensure they last, avoid leaving brushes submerged in standing water. Simply rinse them, shake out excess water, and allow them to air dry bristle-down.
